Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the A Human Time platform and website (the "Service") operated by A Human Time ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
A Human Time provides a workforce management platform for time tracking, timesheet approvals, and team productivity reporting. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ahumantime.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Feature availability varies by plan. Current pricing is published at ahumantime.com/pricing.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to choose a paid plan or revert to the Free plan.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Contact billing@ahumantime.com to request a refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service, including time entries, project names, and reports ("Your Content").
By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content created by us, is owned by A Human Time and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payroll, accounting, or project management software). Your use of those integrations is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A Human Time and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A Human Time and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of termination.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export Your Content before termination. After the data retention period described in our Privacy Policy, your data will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
